The Greenbrier America's Resort is located near Interstate 64 in White Sulhpur Springs, West Virginia. This is a great resort to visit for a family getaway or anniversary weekend. There are so many activites and amenities available on the property that you will not need to leave the resort. Even with so many options to keep you busy, the resort has a relaxed vibe that we really enjoyed.

Things to do:
Bunker Tour
Visitors can now tour the declassfied underground fallout shelter that was built under the Greenbrier in 1958 to house Congress in the event of a national emergency. The location of the bunker remained a secret for 30 years but was declassifed in 1992. 90 minute guided tours of the bunker are offered daily. Advanced reservations are recommended. |
Walking & Hiking Trails
Pick up a Trail Map at the front desk and enjoy miles of hiking and walking trails on and around the property. Valley View Tail: This easy 2.5 mile flat trail takes you around the golf course and back to the resort via the Meditation Trail. Raven Rock Trail: This moderate 5 mile hike takes you up in the hills surrounding the property. |
