There are no tours offered at the Hershey Factory, however, visitors can learn about how the chocolate products are made by visiting Hershey's Chocolate World.  You can ride the chocolate-making ride, see the 4D movie, and work on the factory line.  Next door to Chocolate World you can stop by The Hershey Story: The Museum on Chocolate Avenue.  The museum tells the story of Milton S. Hershey and the history of the Hershey company.
